The Sakai Takayuki INOX range is made using 8A steel, a very durable blade which does not rust easily and retains excellent sharpness. This type of steel is also very easy to sharpen, so is ideal for a regularly used knife either at home or in the restaurant.

Do not use the knife to chop hard materials such as bones or frozen items unless the knife is made for that specific purpose. Always ensure you keep your knife clean and dry, and sharpen it as required to prevent a dull edge.
