Mr Yoshihiro Yauji was born in 1983. He begun an apprenticeship under Hideo Kitaoka, a premium and well renowned master, in 2003.
In 2019, after 16 years under the watchful eye of Kitaoka-san, production began under his own name, Yoshihiro Yauji.
It is worth noting that all production from forging, grinding, finishing and sharpening are all done by Yauji. This is rare and shows the incredible Skill this man has, making him a true master of the craft.
