These superb value knives are made using DSR 1K6 stainless steel to deliver excellent performance and easy maintenance at a very low price point with a traditional look and feel. 

The Steel - DSR 1K6 Stainless Steel

DSR-1K6 is a modern stainless steel. It offers great performance at a very achievable price point. Being cheaper and softer than other stainless steels it will require sharpening more often. 

The Model - Nakiri

The Nakiri has a straighter blade perfect for vegetable work with a design to make up and down chopping easier. It's a great knife for tasks such as julienne, brunoise or allumette. Due to its strength and weight it is also an excellent choice for chopping large hard vegetable such as squash or pumpkin.
