If you have a damaged or faulty order, please contact us within 30 calendar days to discuss exchange or refund options.
If you receive your order but you decide you don't want it, please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return or exchange. Returns are your right, with no challenge from us provided it is unused and in exactly the condition in which you received it. Under the Customer Contracts Regulations which govern online returns, the buyer must pay to return the item. To make this easier for you, we can send you a prepaid return label, and deduct the returns cost from the refund so you don't have to pay upfront.
When you contact us, subject to the above, we will send you a pre-paid label and you will need to repackage your order safely, attach the label and take it to a Post Office. When we receive it, and provided the items are unused and in the condition they left us, we will refund your purchase less the price of the return postage label.
