The Sakai Takayuki 17 layer Hammered Damascus steel range brings the classic looks of a Japanese knife coupled with a western handle to give it a more familiar feel.

The Steel - VG10 Stainless Steel

This range is made using VG10 stainless steel. VG10 is the perfect mid-point in stainless steel offering amazing sharpness out of the box, excellent retention and easy maintenance. 

The Model - Sujihiki

Sujihiki is double edged blade and can work well as a carving knife and for other longer bladed tasks.
