The Range - 45 layer Hammered Damascus

The 45 layer Hammered Damascus steel range brings the classic looks of a Japanese knife coupled with a traditional Japanese handle to give it a more familiar feel.

The Steel - AUS10 Stainless Steel

This range is made using AUS10 stainless steel. AUS10 is very similar to VG10 offering the perfect mid-point in stainless steel with amazing sharpness out of the box, excellent retention and easy maintenance. 

The Model - Nakiri

The Nakiri has a straighter blade perfect for vegetable work with a design to make up and down chopping easier. It's a great knife for tasks such as julienne, brunoise or allumette. Due to its strength and weight it is also an excellent choice for chopping large hard vegetable such as squash or pumpkin.
