Shikisai Miyako knives are a fantastic range of stainless steel Damascus knives offering the perfect blend between Japanese and Western style and design with the benefits of Japanese performance and ease of maintenance.

With their AUS 8 stainless steel and thin profile these knives are sharp, stay sharp very well and are also easy to sharpen. 

Shizu Hamono are based in Seki City, famed for knife production for many years.
